The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to the Law "On Economic Associations" (re Non-Extension of the Limited Number of Participants onto the Operating and Registered Limited Liability Companies) as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.2081) supplements the effective Law with Chapter III "Final Provisions", pursuant to which, regulations of Part 2, Article 50 of Chapter 2 of the said Law (maximum participants number of a limited liability company should not exceed 10 persons) should not extend onto the limited liability companies established before the Law "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine due to Adoption of the Civil Code of Ukraine, or declaring them invalid" came into force.
